Why a mini-session? Well… perhaps you have been looking at newborn photos and can’t wait until it is your turn to visit a studio and experience your very own session. We know many new parents don’t want a full 3-hour newborn session and want the flexibility of attending their newborn session when the time is right for them and not have the worry of feeling ready to leave the house while baby is under 2 weeks, which is why we love offering our newborn mini sessions, suitable for newborns up to 5 weeks and new parents just like you love them too.
At The Rushbys, we know you want a comfortable home-from-home studio experience where you can have the same amazing experience and some stunning images but perhaps don’t want to commit to a full session.
A mini-session is the perfect way to sample the wonderful experience that our clients love and walk away with some stunning memories of your brand-new baby.

What is included in a mini-Session?
- A one-hour studio session in our cosy home-from-home studio in Hatfield, Herts (a full session can be 3 hours)
- Full preparation guide with details about what to expect and how to prepare for your session
- Refreshments and sweet treats that our clients always appreciate after a sleepless night!
- Includes a family portrait and images of your baby in some of different set-ups
- A slideshow presentation back at our studio 1-2 weeks after your session
- 5 printed photographs (7×5) and corresponding digitals in a presentation box
